INCLUDED SERVICES OUTSIDE THE RESIDENCE
- snow shovelling of all paths to and from the Residence Area
- gardening – mowing the lawn, clearing away leaves,
- maintenance of the staircases and of the entrance area
INCLUDED SERVICE INSIDE THE RESIDENCE
- cleaning of the entrance area and the stairways
- observing and controlling the garage area
- regular checks and servicing of central heating and air conditioning system
- regular checks of the closure and security system
- maintenance of the staircases and of the entrance area
- checking on energy supplies
HOUSEKEEPING-SERVICE – to be paid - cleaning of the apartment :
- cleaning the floors of all rooms and also bathroom and your wellness area
- wipe the dust from the furnitures
- vacuuming
- changing the towels
- changing the bedsheets
- cleaning balconies and terraces
TRANSFER SERVICE - to be paid
from and to the airports Munic –Innsbruck – Salzburg as well as to the trainstation Kufstein pre-reservation necessary
RENTAL CARS – reservation, pick up and return service - to be paid
ROOMSERVICE – to be paid
- delivery service of breakfast items such as coffee, tea, juice, warm rolls, sausage, cheese,
marmelade, müsli,
- wine, spirits and champagne
SETTING ROOM THERMOSTATS IN YOUR APARTMENT ( if you give notice prior arrival )
